The company formed several years ago when Chef D decided to pursue an entirely new career. He followed his intense passion for cooking and food into a food service business. He has incorporated his genuine great personality into providing the best customer service to each client. Chef D also wanted to separate himself from other personal chef/catering services by offering customers entirely organic and natural ingredients.

Our cooking philosophy is very simple. Most of our dishes are prepared with organic ingredients. We select the ripest produce by hand, in many cases from local Washington farmers. Finally, customized menus are prepared with seasonal ingredients, which reduce costs to our customers, while providing them with the freshest ingredients at the time of cooking.
